The only reason I gave this company a 2 is due to some personal relations with them. Otherwise, I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had Steven/Stephen that cleaned our pool. There is a 11 step process, as listed on their website; however, he was here on several occasions for less than 10 minutes. My wife had spoken to him a few times about brushing, cleaning the Polaris filter, and brushing the walls. These items I found not done when I arrived home. My wife had also spoken to Diane in the office; however, this still didn't change, but she was very defensive. I have used Clearwater for years now. Everytime I call for something, Diane gets me right on the schedule and has my problem resolved within a day or a couple days. The Tech that cleans my pool is very well mannered and he makes sure to check over everything. I would not have asked for a better company.
