We've been using Clean Touch Cleaners for two years now. The drop-off service is fantastic and the dry cleaning is always ready for pick-up on time. They have exceptional tailoring services which we've used several times. The staff is always attentive and helpful with any questions we have.

Good service but communication needs improvement. I didn't know an item wasn't done until I showed up a day after it was supposed to be ready to find out they needed more time, which wasn't a problem, but a phone call could have saved me a trip.

Good job and quick but very expensive. I tried the drive thru pickup and no one ever came out. I asked about an 'env fee' and girl didn't know what it was, nor did she care. Nice try once. Not again.
