I love my eyebrows and couldn't ask for a better customer service experience if I tried. I was recommended by my best friend and love it. Sabrina has been amazing and is so patient and precise with how she does her job. Sabrina is great with the way she takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable with everything and that you leave happy with your treatment. I am a very happy customer and that is why I am always returning back to her. From consultation to the actual treatment it is carried out with care, precision, impeccable standards and hygiene is top class.LOVE IT!!!
I shaved my eyebrows off in my early teens, and they never grew back again!! As I have had to pencil them in 'since then, it was wonderful to discover Brow Houzz. My husband paid for me to to have my eyebrows tattooed in as a wedding present, and the whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. The customer service is excellent, and I can't thank Sabrina enough for my beautiful new brows. They look so natural, and I get so many lovely comments about them. Sabrina is a true professional,and a kind and gentle person, and always makes me feel so comfortable, and at ease.
I started my training class with Sabrina two months ago, To say I was nervous is an understatement. But Sabrina training class was amazing, it was a small class size, just me and another person. She went through each of our strengths and weaknesses and focused on making me confident where I wasn’t. All I can say is she have 1 million percent restored that confidence in myself. I felt I was able to learn all the skills, to start me on the road to a fabulous career in permanent make up.
