Everyone was friendly and warm. They answered all of my questions that I thought I would have and they were very thorough. I had to travel 5 hours for my pets surgery, but he definitely was in the best care I could ask for. I highly recommend Blue Pearl for your pets needs.

Staff is so incredibly warm and friendly. The vet tech and vet we saw spent time with me explaining what was happening with my dog after a reaction to what I feared was a snake bite. It was not a snake bite but now I have all the information to know what to do if we go through this again. Like any emergency room I expected cost to be high but I was very pleased with the cost and felt I got more than I paid for. Hoping we don't have to return anytime soon but thankful to have Blue Pearl nearby for my pets.
