“I had an appointment for my two young boys today. One was super excited to get a fresh cut (thank you Alex for the amazing experience). My other son completely lost it, refused to get a haircut, screamed for 15 minutes, needless to say, we were a mess. We wasted the appointment, in an incredibly busy day, I was mortified. Mike and Chuck were extremely helpful, empathetic, accommodating and complete class acts. I can't express what that means to a flustered mom holding a screaming child. I can't thank you enough, what an incredible team!“
