I am posting here because of a recent experience that I had with this cleaners. I recently had a custom suit made and brought it to be pressed prior to wearing it for the first time. When I pulled it out of the bag after bringing it home, I was dismayed to find several small holes in the back of the jacket. Basically, the suit was ruined and unwearable. I brought the suit back to the cleaners and explained that I had never worn the jacket and that the damage must have occurred after I left the suit with them. To be honest, I felt sure that the situation wasn't going end well and I was prepared for this to be a very different post. Basically, I expected to be trashing the business for ruining my suit and not compensating for it. I am happy to report that the manager/owner called me in a few days to let me know that they would fully compensate me for the suit. We have been customers here for over a decade and I would highly recommend them to others looking for a reliable cleaners.

They have a drive thru- by far the most convenient feature of this shop. I've been bringing my blazers here for years. They're always cared for and cleaned quickly (occasionally next day). The staff is always friendly and upbeat. I can only speak to my experience, but for me they make drop off & pick up convenient & do a great job

Have been using Ashlane Cleaners since they opened, and I have never been disappointed. We moved 6 years ago and still drive back to use them most of the time because we have not found anyone else who was as good and as reasonably priced!
