My wife and I needed to replace a gas water heater, and replace some shower hardware. Here is a list of things we experienced. Ranking them 2-3 stars, however the gentleman doing most of the work on the second day by himself deserves credit!1.Didn’t have the right materials to begin with and had to leave for the night just 1.5 hours after arriving.2. We Lost water for over 25 hours in the process3. Broke the shower cartridge and had to purchase a different non matching set (pfister cartridge not in stock)4. I had a plumbing issue before leaving for vacation, and he came to fix it very early in the morning! I have used it 3 times so far and have been very satisfied! I Recommend AL Rooter Plumbing, now the only plumber I trust!
I can't say enough good things about AL Rooter Plumbing. Honest, timely, good communication. They were fast, friendly and professional. The cleaning process was perfect, and their work looked neat and clean as well.
