The kind of company that rarely exists any longer! Neili offers incredible customer service and attention to detail, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with their service. They took over our maintenance, updated the warranty on our AC, and performed services in a timely and quality manner. I highly recommend their services!
I use Airsimplicity for our business and find them to be efficient, prompt, reliable and professional. I know that their prices can be hirer than other air conditioning companies but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for most of the time. I do know that when I call Michelle depending on the time of the day, I will have a Tech here in a reasonable amount of time and they will work until the problem gets resolved unless parts have to be ordered.
