Albert is the man! Called to have 1 room cleaned because my dog urinated on my carpet and I couldn't get the smell out. Called Albert with absorb carpet cleaning and he guided me through the whole process with the exact products to buy and how to do it myself to save a buck. Hats off to people like him that actually care about their trade and are looking out for people willing to learn.
