Juan Carlos did an amazing job fixing both my laptop and desktop computers. He explained what the problem was and how he could fix them. First time customer of 911 Computer. They answered my calls, returned my calls, and explained exactly what needed to be done to make my desktop working again. The technician needed to take in my computer to replace a corrupt hard drive which worried me. However, within 24 hours of when the technician first came out, I had my computer back and running at home. He also transferred all my folders and such. I can't say enough good things about this company. They also give you access to their website portal so you can look at your account, ask a question, or put in a repair ticket if needed. Very well run company.

I would love to recommend this service, I had a laptop that was stuck in a loop of rebooting, I contacted support and they sent out a technician in about three hours. Service was provided and the laptop was returned the next day. Extremely professional. Thank you.
