Love these guys. The deliver on budget and on time and offer an incredibly wide selection of brands. You give them your budget and they get to work. No high-pressure upselling. Sent them two cars - son's Acura and my AMG55 convertible, which is a Sunday driver. Son wanted "bass" - I wanted it on a budget. I wanted an upgraded head-unit and bass, slightly less of a budget, but definitely budget minded. Son's car was done 1/2 day early and sounds amazing. My car was done on budget as scheduled, had an issue post delivery (known mercedes issue when swapping head units) and Bico went above and beyond with fixing for me at no additional charge. I had installed a subwoofer in my Jeep and the sound was below average. I went in and explained to them my dilema. They didn't make me feel embarrassed at having attempted to do it myself. They were very supportive of me attempting to accomplish this. They asked me to come back for a scheduled appointment where I could leave my car for a couple of hours and gave me a reasonable fee quote depending on how much time it would take them to sort it out. The day I dropped it off they again were very pleasant and got my cell number to call me if they had any questions about my installation. We took 2 cars to Bico for our After-Market (from Amazon) rear camera installations. Both times, the Bico team was extremely professional, helpful and provided the best quotes. The labor rate was pretty standard for this type of installation. The installations were solid. Bico team is very very knowledgeable. They also tested the rear view cameras with us to ensure that we are happy before we check out. The waiting room is clean and with strong wifi. We highly recommend Bico for your small to large installation jobs.
