Dr. Lai has a new NP. Her name is Chrissy. She is WONDERFUL!!!!!! Professionals have lost the art of bedside manner. I felt I have known her all my life. She took her time and actually acted like she had all day for me. So personal, personable, just plain fun. She hugged me when I left.When you are there it is because you are in pain. Imagine an office visit so fun you forget why you’re there. Absolutely amazing.Rhonda Evans

We can always depend on Dr. Lai and Monica to be knowledgeable and compassionate. It makes such a difference when you do not have to extensively explain your condition.
