I was given a terrible long layered haircut at a different salon so I came in hoping they could fix it but expecting a lot more of my hair to get chopped off. They had Annalisa available, and she did amazing. She saved my hair and I was able to keep my length!! I love my haircut because of her. If you have the chance I highly recommend you see her for any haircut, she knows her stuff!! I will be coming back in the future to see her!!Service: Haircut

I have had my hair done at K Charles Salon for at least the last 20 years... from San Antonio to the new one they opened in Bulverde Spring Branch years ago. Worth every penny! This is what a real Salon should be like.

Have had my hair done 2 at this establishment and both times I've loved the color. The first cut, the stylist went a little crazy and took off way more than I asked for so I made sure the second visit to a new stylist understood to just TRIM my hair. That being said, I left with a great cut and love my hair. I love the fact that they are a "no tip" business. After color cut and style, it's really pricy and with them figuring the whole visit into one price, it takes the stress of trying to figure out what would be an appropriate tip. They moved across the street recently and are in the Beals parking lot on the bank end. Would recommend this place.
