The best customer service from start to finish. I was amazed how caring this company was to me. I called explained my issues and Denise fit me in the very same day. She actually called back right away. I was explained everything and even how to empty drains if needed. I didn't even know I had drains. I've had some very difficult experiences since I moved to Texas last year. Many companies took advantage. I'm so happy to have found a company that actually cares and honest. Even the owner Adam came by to introduce himself. Seth the technician was so polite and did an amazing job. I was pleasantly surprised how fair the cost was to fix my A/C. I recommend 1000%

Will be using JB Aire from here on out! I called around 8:45 to get a tech out to my house and Adam arrived shortly thereafter. He was very kind and trustworthy! He even noticed a few vents in my house were not working correctly and fixed them! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing A/C or heating repair!
