My wife and I bought a log cabin and knew we would need to put on an addition to fit our family. Our addition was 3 beds, 2.5 baths, and a sunroom, so bigger than a typical addition. We also live in the country, up a road that I wasn’t sure construction trucks could make it on. Mason and his team made this project a reality for us, and I honestly don’t think anyone else would have been able to do it. Cimarron was able to give us real price quotes, update us every step of the way, troubleshoot issues as they came up (as they do when you’re doing an addition), and deliver a beautifully finished project. As a Sub-Contractor we see many many projects at many stages, we feel that we’re lucky enough to be part of what we see is the most important stage of the build, and that’s the framing. “The Bones of the house”. While working with Cimarron Design & Build LLC we can tell the amount of time and detail that goes into the project before we start framing, which on the flip side makes framing the house much more efficient than other builders that don’t do the upfront work.
