1st time in a while finding myself in need of a tow. They sent out Erin to me, and he got there in such a timely manner, he was very professional, and straight to business. I watched him take pride in his job and make sure he was doing everything correctly. Not only that, but he took the time to listen to me ramble and tear up about how hard life is hitting. He didn’t judge and just lent an honest ear, and for that, thank you Erin. This is TRUE customer service at its finest. You made everything just a tad bit better. We have roadside assistance, and they sent out County Line Towing. From the start of the nice lady answering the phone to the towtruck driver, their customer service was outstanding. The gentleman was professional and kind. It's hard to find great service these days. I would recommend anyone who needs a tow to give them a call.
If I could give these guys ten stars, I would. They were efficient, helpful, and went overboard to ensure my satisfaction. If you ever need towing or help in any sort, I highly recommend them. I want to thank them again.
