I called them, wasn't sure that they still work and come out to my neighborhood, they used to, now they are about 40 miles away, so after being charged for travel distance and travel time the total charge turned out to be very, very expensive, way more than I anticipated. They did good work , but I will make sure the next plumber is way more local than they advertise

We had flooding in our garage during freezing weather, so we did without water for several days, melting snow to drink and using rain water to flush toilets. We called our regular plumber first but a few days later thought we should have a back up, so we called Pennington's and left a message. They called back and set up an appointment for the next morning. We expected it might take a week to get to us, so we were greatly relieved.They arrived right on time (wearing PPE masks). The two gentlemen found the burst joint after cutting a couple of holes in the ceiling sheet rock and repaired it. I had a mainline clogged by baby wipes which was causing my downstairs sinks, toilet and showers to back up. It wasn't an emergency yet but an inconvenience. I called Pennington's on the recommendation of a neighbor because I couldn't locate a service willing to come out to my part of Dripping Springs (the Blanco County part). There was one plumber closer but did not service my area. Pennington's said they could be out there between 8-12. They arrived shortly after 9am in terrible weather driving on some challenging roads.
