Absolutely amazing experience with Crystal at the Recovery Method!! My neck and upper back was in shambles. So much pain, no range of motion. Was just stuck. She doesn’t just toss you on the table and do your typical cracks and sends you off. She spent her time massaging the muscles, needling, cupping and an amazing adjustment including that crazy y strap that I wanted so badly. After 2 days of resting, I felt amazing with almost 100% range of motion. Just went back today for round 2 and again she killed it. I feel great and can get back in the gym now. Thank you!! 10/10 recommend!

Crystal is such a kind good-hearted soul, that takes her time to know you and what you need to get you feeling great again! I would recommend any and everyone I know to her! Crystal is very smart and up to date on new techniques to get you feeling better. I have many health issues, multiple surgeries, bad back and autoimmune diseases. Crystal was prepared and willing to help me, which is sometimes hard to find someone not afraid of all my problems. Will be coming again when in the area, everytime!
