I was able to experience an hour session at stretch lab and the staff was absolutely wonderful, facility is very clean, but it’s a little pricey! Their packages start based off of a three month requirement around $300 a month, that contained one 50 minute session per week in a months span. After that, you can go on a monthly scale. I’m considering it because I do have lower back problems and you really can’t stretch yourself the way these guys do it for you. Only gave a four star because of the high price but otherwise it should be a five star.

Absolutely love the assisted stretching at stretch lab - Betty Torres is great to work with and very knowledgeable, actually I really enjoy speaking with all of the staff - terrific culture!!!

I think I have used most if not all the staff. I have always had a great experience. I have gotten rid of the back pain that I was experiencing and I added 20 yards to my drive (golfing)
