SOTA Weight Loss

I've been on the program for over a month and doing really well. As with any diet, it comes down to doing the work and following the diet. The staff at Southlake are incredible. I would recommend this program to anyone serious about their weight loss goals. I'd recommend doing as short of an initial period as possible at first so you can confirm you like it as it is a bit on the expensive side.

I have tried a bunch of diet plans and failed, i lose the weight but as soon as im on maintenance bam i gain it right back, i love love love this program, not only is the food amazing but my nutritionist Tara is a rock star at helping me not feel so bad if i have a bad day and she helps me get right back in That mind set. Ive lost more then i even thought i could and ive kept it off, the best thing about this is you have to remember its an investment in your health and you get to have all the help you want and need during and after while on your maintenance. What are you waiting for? Try it and i bet you'll be as happy as i am.

I am now in maintenance. My goal was to lose 25 lbs, which I was able to do in six weeks. No doubt it was tough, but I got right mentally before I started, and that made all of the difference. I am a massive SOTA fan and would challenge everyone to do it. I've never been a diet guy because I'm not into counting my calories or anything else I eat. This program laid out in front of me exactly what I needed to do, and I did it. Very straight forward. I can't say enough good about the team at SOTA. Very supportive and very responsive.
