Wonderful experience with Dr. Shafer and his assistant Pam during my appointment to get a temporary crown for a cracked tooth. He told me everything he was doing during the procedure removing two old fillings from my childhood Dentists and even addressing an old cavity remaining. The Dental miracle IMO was he decided to make the permanent crown during my appointment and brought it in to show me and it looked like a real tooth! I thought I would have the typical discomfort after the crown was placed and several days later still cannot even tell anything was done! AMAZING! He is a caring Dental artist! Pam stayed around the entire time to help Dr Shafer and keep me calm....read full review

I've been happy with the dentist and hygienists here, and the front desk makes scheduling a breeze. TVs in front of each chair help to distract you while you're getting your teeth worked on. The office is clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

We've been coming to Shafer for nearly a decade and the quality of their staff really stands out...head and shoulders above our previous dentist office experiences in the area. Most people dread going to the dentist but we actually look forward to our semiannual visits.
