Had a great experience today at Same Day Glasses in Southlake. Andy was very friendly and helpful. I brought my own frames and he didn't try to upsell anything. My single lens prescription cost half what another nearby optical place quoted me! He filled the prescription in about an hour, texted when they were ready, and even gave me some good cleaning tips when I picked up. I would highly recommend Same Day Glasses to anyone in need, and I'll probably be going back soon for a spare pair and some sunglasses, too!
I was so impressed with Andy and his customer service! I was shopping for my son’s first pair of glasses. He took the time to explain everything to my 7 year old from how to hold them to how to clean them. He had an amazing selection of children’s frames to pick from. My son had a hard time with picking only one. He had the glasses ready in less than an hour! Properly fit him for the glasses and did adjustments to make them perfect. My son did not realize how bad his eyesight was till he put on the glasses and was beaming with happiness. 100% recommend Andy and Same Day Glasses!! Also, the frames I bought are way more expensive online. Andy has amazing prices on the frames.
