Dr. Chelsey has been wonderful to work with throughout my pregnancy. She answers all of my questions and never rushes through treatments. I'm so glad I found her and this practice!

Dr. Chelsey is a phenomenal chiropractor! She tailors her treatment to the specific needs of her patients. After consistently seeing Dr. Chelsey, my headaches were completely relieved and I felt so much better, overall. I also experienced relief from bad period cramps and fatigue after she adjusted my spine. Dr. Chelsey is extremely compassionate and is willing to go the extra mile for the well-being of her patients. She has a huge heart and it shows. I send all my friends to her!

Renew & Restore Wellness is a family wellness chiropractic clinic with locations in Southlake, Arlington & Las Colinas. Webster Certified and trained in pediatric care, chiropractors Dr. Nikki provides chiropractic care for the whole family. Gloria has recently joined the practice as a new grad chiropractor and has a passion for treating the whole family as well! We have hours Tuesday through Saturday, mornings and evenings. Appointments can be scheduled and managed online!
