“I saw NP Jacqueline Williams for the first time yesterday. I cannot speak highly enough about her. She is very welcoming and you feel at ease with her immediately. She is also well versed in appropriate medications for your condition/s. She takes her time with you and explains anything you ask her about. I've seen many psychiatrists over the years and while some I also like, she has been the best so far. Familiar with insurance and how to get things covered. I will continue to see her.“

“I have been helped more from Dr Naus and his Nurse Practitioner Karen than any Psychiatrist or Neurologist that I have ever seen. I am a mostly Retired RN Case Manager for Complicated Cases. I was seeing a Psychiatrist that accepted my insurance for a couple of years after moving back to Texas and the incredible stress of all of the requirements of their office was just laughable if it wasn't my life. When I finally decided that it was worth paying out of pocket to see Dr Naus or Nurse Practitioner Karen, it was sincerely life changing. Dr Naus treats Sleep Disorders in his practice and recognized that much of my issues were linked to not getting restorative sleep. He treated me with Nurse Practitioner Karen remaining my ongoing practitioner, whom I have found to be compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. I look back at the added burden placed upon me attempting to see a doctor my insurance would pay for compared to the life changing treatment that I have received by Dr Naus and Nurse Practitioner Karen and I cannot convey strongly enough how grateful I am that I changed over to Dr Naus's practice. I have ADHD and when that was combined with not getting restorative sleep, I was just not functioning well at all. My husband and I are planning to have my husband become a patient also even though my husband has three insurance plan coverage as he is retired from multiple organizations and still has not been able to receive the type of care that I receive from Dr Naus.
I will say that the digital communication always intimidates me a bit but they work with me when necessary.
