Costco Vision Center provides satisfactory service for eyeglasses and contacts. The staff is generally nice, helpful, courteous, and professional. Optometrists, like Dr. Henary, take individual considerations into account. While some minor issues may arise, overall, customers are pleased with their experiences and receive well-adjusted glasses.
Wonderful service from Mary!!
Gave Mary my sunglasses since screw & lens popped off. After repairing she also adjusted the sides. I asked if she could be equally kind to adjust my daily glasses. She advised one of the cushions was gone. Again Mary took her time & not only added a cushion but aligned the rails which immediately improved vision!! Thank you Mary & great Hire by COSTCO, South-lake! Give her a braise!!
All the bad reviews… take with a grain of salt.
My experience was this.. I went in one day curious about their optical department. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist whose name I didn’t get. Start to finish it was excellent from booking the appointment to completing the appointment. Dr Luka and the team is fantastic! 10/10 recommend
Choice of frames is very poor. The service is poor as well. Usually staff would help choose frames. They just would not come from behind the counter. I was rudely told to go find a frame and get a ticket when ready.
