My soon to be high school freshman really wanted balayage and we found this salon via a Google search. The reviews did not over sell the salon and servicing; it's an amazing gem! My daughter looks and feels beautiful! Lisa gave a quick yet thorough consultation before I dropped her off for servicing; the appointment was quick; the salon is clean and professional. And, post hair care info was shared. We found the salon for our family! God bless!
Went with a family member to do her hair and nails. Very big,clean,various items to buy. Have many ladies to do what ever your looking to get done to your hair,nails,ect.
I recently went through the K9 Trainers/Handlers course. I have been a K9 handler for approximately 10 years for my law enforcement agency. Successfully completing this course with some of the most knowledgeable trainers in the field has been one of the greatest experiences as a handler and trainer. The knowledge that I have received is going to assist our unit to go to the next level of training. A big thanks to everyone at Global Training Academy.

Lety did the most amazing job on flowers we needed for the Garza family...at such short notice prepared the best spray of flowers at service. They had to choose one one arrangement they could put at the cemetery. They chose Lety's. I will refer her floral shop to everyone from now on. Thank you Lety for your gorgeous flowers.
I was a little worried about coming here because of some of the previous reviews. There were both good and bad parts to my experience, so I'll start with the negatives and end on a positive note.
The biggest issue was with the person who did my nails, Benni. At the beginning of my appointment, I mentioned that I would be going to a water park this week for two reasons: so extra care could be taken to help the nails last, and to be careful not to cut my skin. Unfortunately, neither seemed to matter in the end.
He was rough during the service. Several times, when he got distracted talking to another employee, he would catch my skin with the file, causing me to pull my hand back. Thankfully, there were no deep cuts. His workstation was also messy. Nail shavings were left on the desk, and he didn't take the time to wipe the dust from my nails before painting them.
I do nail art myself and can be a bit particular about details, so this next part may bother me more than some people. I requested long ballerina-shaped nails with multi-colored French tips. The arches of the French tips were inconsistent from nail to nail. I had to ask for one to be corrected because it was noticeably off. After requesting three corrections, I eventually gave up. In the end, one nail was missing color toward the tip, and color had been filed off the edge of another nail. I noticed it but decided to leave it as it was. I fixed it at home myself.
Now for the positives. Most of the staff were friendly, and the older woman working there was incredibly sweet. The rest of the salon appeared very clean.
Leydi did my pedicure, and she was amazing. I told her the same thing I told Benni about going to the water park, and she took extra care throughout the service. She was neat, professional, and her station was spotless. All of the tools she used came straight from disinfected packaging.
I also have occasional random twitches of my feet, and she was so kind and understanding about it. She never made me feel uncomfortable the way some other salons have. She never nicked my skin or filed too deeply. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and will definitely return for her services.
I also noticed another nail technician working on a client nearby. Her station looked very clean, and she seemed meticulous with her work as well.
Overall, I don't think it's fair to judge the entire salon based on one employee. While my experience with Benni was disappointing, I had a wonderful experience with Leydi and found the rest of the salon to be clean and welcoming. I would still recommend this place and encourage others to give it a try.
Very happy with their on-going care for my cat Chopper. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. They do a wonderful job of explaining my cats needs and plan of care in a way that’s easy for me to understand when I bring him in. I’m grateful I found such a great team to take care of Chopper!
