“Have lived here for many years and throughout the years it has gone from good- to bad- to great. The office manager is very kind and attentive to your needs. The new maintenance man is amazing- he is very quick to respond to your needs. Very peaceful- aside from the few who think this is a party complex- but again- management is quick to address the issue- they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and most of all safe. Grounds are well kept and very affordable. The apartments are big and comfy and meets all the needs as of that a private home. Cozy to say the least.“

“Where do I start. I had quite a few "no replies" and "no shows". Then I called El Paso Drywall and Paint. I have a 17' ceiling that needed repair from a leak. He started the next day after coming by for an estimate, which was more than reasonable. He did an excellent job. I can go on and on. All I can say is I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon because there isn't anyone else that I would call. Seriously.“
