I recently used this company for a 30 yard dumpster they did great and everything went well, dumpster was picked up from the job site. A week later I go back to the job site and the dumpster was back. I called and talked to them to see why the dumpster was back as I did not call for it to be swapped out just a pick up and I am the only contact person on the account. The receptionist said someone called to have it swapped, which I did not. They refused to let me speak to a manager when I asked, stating the manager was busy at the time and said I am responsible for anything that was put inside.
