The lady that owns this store is very unprofessional. She has talked bad about my natural hair several times and said my natural hair is not as "pretty" as other girls with natural hair. I wouldn't recommend any brown skinned woman with afro/kinky/curly hair to go into this establishment. She does not know how to properly do natural women hair. She will complain about how your hair is "unmanageable" while doing your hair because she does not know what she is doing. She will get the job done but be prepared for her to talk mess about how your hair naturally looks.
