“I took my little brother in to see the “perm queen” herself Ms Alicia and we were not disappointed. This is the second time he’s gone to get a perm and the first time he actually came out with one. Ms Alicia is a master at her craft and holds all of the knowledge we could take. Her 35 years behind the scissors really showed today and she made a teenage boy extremely happy today.
