We took our big girl in for a tow nail issue and she hates the vet. Well she was semi relaxed and they took extra time with Luna to ensure her anxiety and fear was at a minimum. They took very good care of her and their explanation of everything they do or going to do is awesome. We have found us a new vet in Dr Tidwell and his team. Luna isn't scared no more and that means a lot to us..

The staff is amazing. We were so distraught over losing our dog and they were so compassionate! They went above and beyond. They saved us some of her curls and made a pawprint for us. I was so impressed with the amount of empathy, the doctor even had tears in her eyes. This is a top rate facility!

This vet hospital gives me such confidence in how they treat my little dog, from the techs to my Vet, Dr. Tidwell. I feel very confident leaving him in their care. Everything is so up to date in their computer system. I do not always like to hear what the doctor has to tell me, but he gives me a way to take care of the situation and it has been a plus for Rusty.
