We were very happy from the minute that the salesman Shawn Powell and associate walked in the door to do an estimate until the job was completed and settled. They were extremely helpful with the insurance documentation, the scheduling of the job, the work and completion and the final insurance settlement. The roof and gutters look great, they cleaned up all evidence of the work and trash resulting from the job and the workers themselves were friendly and courteous. This company has purchased my contact information and "checks in" monthly. I have communicated that I do not want them to contact me and they refused to do so. Do not give companies that use spam tactics your business.

K&M recently replaced the roofs on my house and outbuilding with impact resistant shingles. Their reps, Dustin Suitors and Charlie York, were knowledgeable and easy to work with and seemed to genuinely care about their quality of work. They worked with my insurance company to get me the maximum reimbursement for my claim. Charlie and Dustin were both easy to contact when I had questions and there were no delays in my job. Like all roofing contractors, they do use subcontractors to do most of the actual installation work and there were a couple of minor quirks that were easy to fix. Overall I was 97% satisfied with my job and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
