Not only did he visit our new house to measure for the gas logs, but he assisted us in the selection by explaining the differences in various fire log sets.The shop’s selection of functional and decorative fire screens is outstanding, and we’re very pleased with our choice of one that matches our fireplace, mantel, and family room. Josh installed the fire logs and remote control, and his service was exceptional. He was timely, friendly, and very experienced in the install process, including a difficult placement of the remote receiver. Not only does Fan and Flame carry wood burning and pellet stoves, and accessories, along with fireplace products and supplies, it’s selection of consignment items is the best in the area.
