Diamond Computers has been my go to for my past 3 gaming rigs (7-year customer). The service has always been excellent and Doug, the owner, makes sure everything is in tip-top shape!
No matter what I requested in the specs or what issue I needed to have looked into, he always made sure I had an outstanding product, and on top of that, the communication was solid and courteous the entire time. Doug is amazing! He built our machines 7+ years ago and I had one crash last week but he made a tough situation bearable. He was quick to jump in and help me figure out how to move forward. He provided great customer service and made several helpful recommendations!

Doug is always on top of the latest technology and knows just what I need. When I do need service or a question answered, Doug’s response is almost immediate and my issue is fixed promptly !
