Bre was awesome and helpful in every way. And in the time we had to wait she made good conversation about all different things which made or waiting time easier. She has awesome customer service skills and made the whole experience less stressful by be her being so pleasant and open.

The lady was very nice that waited on me. I just think that when you go online to get a loan and they say your pre-approved and then you going to the store and they say you're not approved I think that is a miscommunication I believe it needs to be fixed because it gives people false hope that they're going to get help and then they go in there and go through all that process and then nothing
