James and his team are awesome, this is a great, down to earth honest shop with extremely fair pricing and top notch communication. My truck was there for 2 weeks (T680 derated). Usually I'd be super upset about this but we worked together with all or our combined resources to figure out issues as he was fixing things and was very transparent about everything. He offered to take my driver to get meals and whatever he needed and always answered his phone. He did a great job finding parts around the area in a cost effective manner and gave us options. If we are in need of service in the area he will be our first call.
i had great experience with san jacinto truck service. tx they did my wheel seal along with brakes and drums on my semi truck. and the service was fast and proffesional. pricing was fair. and they got me back on the road quickly with out any hassle. definitely a reliable spot if you need quickly truck repairs done right. the first time. Great group of guys i had a carrier bearing go out i called the shop around 6:30am they had me in the shop by 7am and started working on it and was very reasonable on the time frame and price. James was great he offered me what ever I need to make my wait comfortable even his own person vehicle to go get food or what ever . Very recommended shop
