Haha. She’s so sweet, she even offered me some food when I was waiting on the color to process! I have never ever dyed my hair and she put me at ease about the decision. She also really cares about hair health; she won’t do something if it will damage your hair, which I admire. I wanted to go full blonde and she convinced me to start with highlights so as to not shock myself since it was my first time lol. She is just extremely down-to-earth, laughed at my self-deprecating jokes and stayed wayyyy late to get the job done. My appointment was at 4 and she worked on my hair till like 7! It took that long because I had a ton of hair lol. She’s amazing at what she does and I highly recommend!“
