I bought a new Dell back in 2016 and was having serious problems related to Microsoft 10 upgrade and the unreliable WiFi service in our area... East Techs IT was able to resolve my problem by directly dealing with Microsoft for me, swiping my computer clean, and rebuilding everything back the way it was! As a business owner, I can’t express what a valuable resource we have here locally with East Techs IT!!
