Today was my first visit to the clinic for consultation & evaluation. I did have to wait about 40 minutes from my appointment time to when I met Dr. Nutt. When given a mirror to show some skin areas, I was looking at the non-magnifying side, so couldn't point to exact problems. I didn't turn the mirror as I did feel rushed. Dr. Nutt was a good listener & I felt she was very skilled at accessing my areas of concern quickly. One of the attendees was nice, yet talked over me twice which is not only rude in my opinion, but also made me feel rushed, as well. However, I felt completely assured they can help me.
My experience at this office has been nothing but pleasant. The staff is kind. The environment and clean. I didn’t wait long at all once arriving for my appointments. And the doctor was kind and professional.
Dr. Nutt is the best. She is very direct and to the point but she gave me the results I needed. I suffered with acne my entire life under I came here. I wish I would have found her sooner. If your child has acne, bring them here asap!
