Can genuinely say one of the best vets I have been to , I felt so heard the vet and the office staff were all sooooo patient with me and understanding I didn’t feel rushed at all and got all my questions answered to ( I had A LOT ), over all amazing experience for me and my kitty :’)

They are very good at what they do ...my dog had to stay there for three and a half days and they dealt well with me being a complete and total wreck not knowing what was wrong with her at first....they answered all my questions everytime I called, which was twice a day and even were cool about me coming up there to see her...I highly recommend them to anyone that lives in Shallowater or the surrounding areas...

Outstanding staff and vet all around! Very kind to my daughters who had to come with me as well as our dog, they treat the animals coming in with the upmost kindest as well, the vet answered all my questions and took time to explain everything in detail, both our dogs will be coming here regularly!
