I love this little Salon and I love Terry Phillips, she gives an inexpensive hair cut but a darn good one. A wash and cut is only $15.00 and only $10.00 for just a haircut. If you have gone to any of the franchise salons and get one of the few hair cut styles the offer and are unhappy with it, stop at Head to Toe, Terry will fix it. They do cuts, color, perms and natural nail manicures, stop in and come out feeling like a million bucks.
