Drivers are reckless and aggressive he cut me off nearly hitting me twice. Perhaps this is the same one that another reviewer saw texting. Your business doesn't look good if you have someone driving so carelessly.
One of your drivers was texting and driving on the downtown highway today by St. Mary's st. Exit. He didn't signal while changing lanes. Two cars honked at him and then he got mad at the two cars. How unprofessional and should know better than to represent his company like that. Especially with the name BIG on the van. It was a white van and a older white van.
300% Mark up on simple parts. Their top techs do not stick around because the way they are treated. They constantly send out techs that are basically on OJT and most of them have no clue what they are doing, this is even more so on their plumbing side. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Beyer wasn't bad years ago but they have grown to be completely dishonest and crooked.Services: HVAC system repair
