Great place to workout. Unfortunately for most people, not open to the public right now. Awesome recovery stuff you can do such as cryo therapy, red light and leg compression sleeves.

One of the best workout locations in san antonio!!! State of the art facility with tons of equipment for unlimited exercise programs. Staff is awesome and always helpful. After your workout they have cryotherapy and regeneration beds to help with recovery!!If you want a great workout with excellent trainers, some from American Ninja Warrior than look no further than the Alpha Warrior proving grounds at Retama park!!!!!
