I appreciate the ladies being warm and welcoming and ensuring that I was satisfied with the services received. I selected a particular service but upon inspection the technician informed me that the service was not necessary. And guess what it wasn’t necessary and I am at ease knowing it’s not the salons intent to upsale you on things that are not necessary.
The salon was clean and neat. My hands and feet are just as I requested. Plenty of colors to choose from. I’ve scheduled more appointments. I’m that satisfied.“

She had a great color selection, was patient and the atmosphere was quiet. Since it is a studio, I enjoyed the individual accommodation. I look forward to my next visit in 2 weeks.“

“I have been coming here for years getting my French manicure and sometimes pedicures too. Ann is AMAZING and does a wonderful, flawless job every time! If she is out, I use her other half, Harris, who can do MEAN designs‼️ Nicole is the owner, and I’ve never met anyone who not only remembers everyone’s names but also all their business (in a good way ☺️). It only took me one trip here to get hooked and make it my fave ??‼️. If you live anywhere within Dallas county (maybe east of that too), i promise it’s worth the trip…you won’t be disappointed ???. And as you read all the negative comments below, just remember…if you are not happy with the service you receive, respectfully speak to Nicole or whoever provided your services and explain why you are unhappy and what you need to make it right. I’ve had to do that twice (it had nothing to do with the ladies who did my manicures, just one nail once and the color on a different occurrence,) and I had no problem whatsoever getting my issues resolved for free both times! They are awesome people!“

Quyen is my go to girl for my Gel X nails, she’s amazing and kind. Her Momma also does the best pedicures and highly recommend adding the shoulder massage for 10 minutes of heaven. Quyen’s husband is new to the team and is a friendly face at the front desk and adds to the quality expense provided here at the Nail Lounge!“

“This was the fastest most efficient full set I have ever received. They had me in and out in under an hour and they used quality materials. My nails. I kept things simple and my nails still look good after 2 weeks. My only feedback is the nail tech was unfriendly and lacked soft skills. The salon could also have been a little cleaner.“
