Stronghold did my roof a couple weeks ago. Floyd made it simple from setting the initial appointment, walking me through costs, coordinating with my insurance all the way through the last step. I appreciate how easy they made what could have been a very stressful experience.
We recently went through a hail storm and had damage to our roof. Jason was amazing and extremely helpful from beginning to end. He helped us with making the call to the insurance company, and was present when the adjuster came for inspection. Thanks to his efforts we were approved for a roof. Jason explained every step and the material that would be used and answered any questions we had. The crew that came was amazing and by the end of the day you didn't even know they were there. Jason followed up the following day to make sure we were satisfied. Jason & Stronghold Thank you!
Love the new roof! Jen Spires was a great salesperson throughout the process! There was never a time that I felt pushed to use Stronghold from Jen and was even encouraged to look at other options (being that roof buying is a costly expense and should be well thought out) before making my decision. Jen and Stronghold worked with me on cost that all parties were in agreement on. She walked me through step by step of what would take place before, during and after the build. Before the build took place, I received communication leading up to the day of the build (even needing to move the build to a different day because of weather).
