Very friendly folks answer the phone. We know the summer is busy, but not all a/c companies are dealing with the mass aount of calls pleasantly. They even called me back when an appointment came up earlier.

I wanted to shout out a huge Thank you to the JLI team for helping solve a major issue with our HVAC system. Leon John spent many long hours troubleshooting a system he didn't even install. His continued efforts and years of experience, allowed him to find a bad wire that 2 other companies missed. Saving us thousands of dollars, by not having to buy a whole new unit, (which is what the other guys told us we needed). When the day does come to replace the unit, we'll be turning to the LJI Team to do the work. Thank you guys, you are awesome!

Overall just a great company to deal with! Had an issue where I was in need of a plumber ASAP and they showed up and fixed the problem within Hours. Much props to Ben who was awesome...even his shirt which said he was a pipeoligist! Lol. Anyways great people to deal with...many thanks.Service: Installation
