My husband and I built our home using Ubuildit and could not be more satisfied. This was our third home building process and by far the best experience. We absolutely love our new home!
Using Ubuildit puts you in the driver's seat of the house build while supporting you in the process, even with no contractor or building experience. We were able to see everywhere the money is being spent, and cut back in some areas while splurging in others, and ultimately coming under budget for the build!

Lee and his team at UBuildIt Schertz were absolutely amazing in guiding us through the build of our Casita in Comal County. Less than four weeks later, we had custom plans in hand, a full team of professionals, and we broke ground!

A great experience! We have wanted to build our dream house for years and we were finally able to do it. I have a lot of experience and knowledge of construction so we only used the minimal package and relied on U-Build-It primarily for the subs and trades to fill in the gaps in my contacts. All of the subs were great to work with and adjusted their schedules to work with me as I needed them. With even the minimal package the team at U-Build-It was always available when I needed help with something. I have and will continue to recommend U-Build-It to people.
