Victoria has saved my hair! A year ago it was thin and hard and broken. She made several recommendations that I followed and today I have my hair back. It’s fuller, soft and much more manageable.

I love K-Charles! Ashley is always able to work with me on my changing hair styles, cut, and color. She found the perfect match to my original color and anytime I show her a picture of what I'd like to try she's able to accomplish the request.
