Went through my concerns and what I wanted which was a perm. My hair is short and fine. I’m in my 60’s so my hair needed a little help. Initia listened to my concerns and made suggestions and I was happy with it. Got all styled and trimmed. So pleased with my hair. I will definitely be going back to Initia for trims and perms.
