Don't think I can give this company enough stars. Was denied twice through my insurance company. Dwyer Restoration gave me an 80+ page estimate...I was blown away. Other two companies gave me like 3-4 pages. Insurance immediately accepted after having their own engineer look at my damage. To say this company knows insurance language is an insult...they invented it. and have refined it! Mark, my project manager was exceptional. He hand led me through every step of my repair. Heck, he was here for most of the repairs. Paperwork, billing, you name it. This is how repairs should work folks!!!!
Shout out to Trey Winkenhower!!! Trey’s constant communication to update me on the status of my roof repair was the best. A majority of the time customers mainly want to know “the status” and Trey always updated me step-by-step on everything WITHOUT me ever even asking him to do so. He’d text me when he was on his way, he immediately alerted me (the night before) that the rain forecast was going to delay the job which was a HUGE help in juggling my work schedule. He updated me on materials, sent me before and after pictures of the repairs, etc. Constant communication with the customer is so important and Trey went over and beyond. I never had to wonder or guess anything because he was always three steps ahead of me with communication. Trey is so knowledgeable, profession, courteous, approachable, compassionate, respectful, honest, and patient in explaining the process. I also had the pleasure of briefly meeting the owner of Dwyer Restoration, Dan Dwyer, who showed up to help Trey with my roof repairs. Dan and Trey worked so well together and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did to assist me. Recently widowed and now a single mom……I couldn’t have asked for two better gentlemen to help with my roof repairs. Thank you Heavenly Father for these two men who were empathetic to my situation as they patiently explained the step-by-step process of repairing my roof. They were honest, respectful and I would highly, highly recommend Trey and Dan. May God bless you BOTH in abundance!!
Dan and Trey put a new roof on our house and did a wonderful job. Did exactly what they said they would do. Very good company to work with.
